Office Policies and Procedures
Please arrive for your appointment 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. Early arrival allows for a relaxed, unhurried experience with ample time to tailor our session to your personal needs.
New clients will need to fill out the client history form.
Late Arrival Policy
If late arrival is inevitable, your service will be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time will be charged. If you are running late, please contact us to let us know. Once you are
15 minutes late with no contact, we consider this a missed appointment and you will be mailed an invoice for the amount of the session missed.
Rescheduling Policy and Fees
Should you need to reschedule, we require 24 hours advance notice in order to change an appointment with no service fee. We value your business and ask that you respect and honor your scheduled appointment times. These sessions are reserved especially for you.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee of $75 for 90 minutes, $45 for 60 minutes and $25 for 30 minute appointments. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
If you are paying with a gift certificate, it will become forfeit.
If you need to cancel an appointment due to illness or emergency, please call to avoid being charged a no-show fee.
No Show Policy and Fees
We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. However, we ask that you call if you cannot keep your appointment. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show". An invoice will be mailed for the full amount of the scheduled service.
Payment may be made in the form of cash, check or credit card.
If you choose to pay with cash, please bring exact change.
Payment in full is expected at the end of your appointment.
Any returned checks for insufficient funds will incur a $25 processing fee.
